Rons shall make and give effect to health and safety arrangements as appropriate, in consideration to the nature of its activities and the size of the undertaking, for the effective planning, organization, control, monitoring and review of the preventive and protective measures.
  
Safety Officer
 Rons Safety Officer(s) shall be responsible for:
 
qEnsuring that the safety policy and safe working practices are being followed.
qInvestigating accidents and work-related causes of sickness absences.
qActing on investigation findings to prevent recurrence.
qCarrying out safety inspections at regular intervals.
qMaintaining records of accidents, safety inspections, and damage reports.
qEnsuring that suitable first aid kits are available at appropriate points of use.
qEnsuring that fire extinguishers & alarm systems are maintained and checked at  
    regular intervals.
qEnsuring that the safety policy and safety procedures of the company are measured
    and monitored for effectiveness.
 
qProvision, use & maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
